We will request personal and address details in order to complete the air waybill. These must be accurate and correct; otherwise, the package may not be delivered.

Is the packaging discreet?
All packages are shipped in discreet packaging, the products are in a cardboard box, inside the Fedex Large Pack envelope.
How are the items declared on the package?
We must declare our product information to avoid detention, fines or delays. The product name will be declared as "Silicone Toy" and may appear on the package label.
Can I modify my shipping address?
Yes, we allow address updates before your order is shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as possible. After the shipment is processed, we can no longer modify the address.
Tracking Shipment
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow the instructions in the email to keep track of your package’s delivery status.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This depends on your location. For US customers, it generally takes between 3 to 5 business days, and for the rest of the world, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
What should I do if my package is lost?
We will do our best to assist you in locating your package, which typically involves contacting the shipping carrier to initiate a trace and filing a claim. If the item was insured and the claim is approved by the carrier, we will likely be able to replace your product.
