How should I care for my packer?

We recommend cleaning your packer with mild, unscented soap and water before and after each use. For a deeper clean, you can boil it for 2-3 minutes. Do not use oil-based lubricants to avoid damage.

How can I choose the right size?

Each product comes with its specific features and available sizes. If you're unsure, we recommend comparing the measurements with something you have at home. Keep in mind that the type of clothing you wear can also affect how the packer looks. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out to us.

What skin tones do you offer?

We offer 5 generic skin tones: Tone 01, Tone 02, Tone 03, Tone 04, and Tone 05. These tones are designed to closely resemble natural skin tones, but please note that the appearance may vary depending on lighting and your device’s screen.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide via FEDEX, a fast and reliable service with door-to-door tracking.

Why does it take a few days to ship my order?

Because each product is carefully made from scratch. Production starts once your order is confirmed and may take up to 10 business days before shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For the US, it generally takes 3-5 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery usually takes 7-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use that number to track your package’s delivery status.
