Do you accept returns on products?
Each product is individually made once the purchase order is generated. That is why it is important to clear any doubts before making the purchase. Due to the intimate nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns, not even for color, model, or size changes.
The specifications of each product are listed on the page. Ordering the wrong size, tone, or model is not grounds for a refund or exchange. Please make sure to verify your order before confirming your purchase.
When you receive your order:
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it; verify that the model, size, and tone are correct, and ensure all items you ordered are present. If something is incorrect or missing in your order, you must contact us within 72 hours.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or broken?
We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure the same quality for each one.
If a manufacturing defect occurs shortly after receiving the product (within 7 days), you may need to provide pictures of the damage and a detailed description of how it happened. We will have the final decision if we determine the damage is due to a defect in the manufacturing process or improper handling by the customer.
Please note that shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or any other additional charges will always be the responsibility of the buyer, and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the damage or defect is caused by misuse, rough handling, or lack of maintenance, we will not be responsible for offering exchanges or returns.
Using the product beyond its intended purpose is at the user’s own risk, knowing that it could cause damage. Any modifications made will be at the user’s own risk, and will immediately void any rights to replacement if the product is damaged during (or as a result of) the modification or improper use.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet entered production, has not been packaged, and no more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase was made. If your order meets these conditions, you may request a cancellation. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the custom-made nature of our products.
In the case of an approved cancellation, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
